Interim GTM Glossary
The terminology of interim GTM leadership sits at the intersection of PE value creation planning, commercial operations, and executive search. Some of these terms are borrowed from private equity (operating partner, value creation plan), some from revenue operations (pipeline hygiene, forecast methodology), and some have emerged from the interim leadership practice itself (the permanent search playbook as a parallel workstream).
